I am a certified yoga teacher with more than 16 years of dedicated personal practice and over 3,600 hours of teaching experience and 15,000 hours of self practice. My work is rooted in a deep respect for the body's ability to adapt, transform, and heal through intelligent movement. My approach integrates the wisdom of yoga with the precision of Pilates and modern understanding of biomechanics. The goal is not perfect poses. The goal is a body that supports the life you want to live. Throughout my career I have helped students develop:
